1942 Harley Davidson-Flat-Head in New Britain, CT

The seat is in excellent condition. The leather is dry and has typical surface cracks but not torn at all. The headlight is an original Motolamp off of an Indian. The horn is a very hard to find 9-bolt. And the carburetor is a Linkert M41L. Not correct for this bike. But a lot more valuable than the OEM Linkert M88 that would have been correct. The mileage on the odometer shows 42348.
